When the  40,000 square foot multi-tenant office building on Montlimar Drive was acquired it was owned by an insurance company, all the facility needed was “everything”.  Since acquiring this property, Gavin Bender of Bender Real Estate Group has made necessary improvements to the facility, put new tenants in place, and achieved 100 percent occupancy, in addition to reducing operating expenses by 25 percent.
