The Downtowner Corporate Center was completed in February of 2001. This 55,000 sq. ft building was developed to be the premier Class A Corporate Center  located in the western section of Mobile. The primary tenant was ISS Shipping Company, at the time, the world’s largest shipping Agent.  Walgreen’s Corporate Office and Springdale Travel Corporate Office occupied the balance of the building.

The building was designed by local Architects and built on a fast track construction process. The exterior of the building consists of pre-manufacture brick and stucco panels. The panels were manufactured in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and delivered in their finished form by truck.  The exterior of the building was installed in three weeks.  A traditional mason would have taken many months to complete the same job. This time saving allowed us to meet a very tight construction schedule and complete the job in record time.

The Downtowner Corporate Center was designed to be a three building, phased construction, complex. The second phase, a 12,000 sq.ft. building is scheduled for occupancy third quarter '08. The third phase, a 20,000 square foot building, is scheduled for '09 occupancy.
